Bait and switch

We reserved and fully paid for our two bedroom apartment 6 months before arrival. About 10 days before the company said our apartment was not available and offered us tow choices. By that time, other options were limited. We chose one that looked good in pictures, but in reality, roaches, mildew, broken, unsafe and hazardous if we were traveling with children (which we were not). We contacted the agency several times, sent pictures of our complaints and they did nothing. VRBO- you should delist this company and investigate if they can come back on your platform. Your reputation will suffer from this lack of oversight.
