Spacious home away from home

We had room 1007 which was a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with wrap-around balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Excellent storage in every room. Like a home away from home with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Only enough detergent supplied for 2 laundry washes and 2 dish washes so don’t rely on these. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion and soap provided in each of the 2 bathrooms. 2 air con units. Comfy beds. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Great pool, spa, sauna and gym. The only negative was that we had family staying in a 2- bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor for what appeared to be the same price and their apartment was much smaller and lacked the beach view we had. Would recommend for families.

There were a few broken electricity points in the apartment, no coffee in the room and some confusion regarding pool towels and wi-fi but apart from that, the pool was great (steam room out of order for a whole week), the apartment was clean, modern and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Despite my checkin being confirmed my swipe pass would not let me into the building after hours and I couldn't use it in the lift to access to my floor the reception hours were limited and I had to call the afterhours number often to help me or ask residents of the building to help me use the lift

The proximity to eateries and the view out to the river and the hinterland was stunning. The beach for those who like the beach is just a short walk away.

Very impressed with price first and foremost, the check in was great and the few reception staff we meet were all extremely hospitable, warm and great people... Found the apartment to be a great size and layout etc but sadly very dirty in places, and could do with an intense clean. The ceiling fans and AC were so dirty we didn't want to turn them on. Bathroom grout could do with some serious exit mould and just a thorough clean throughout the entire apartment would have it shining again. Pool, gym, bbq, spa area's were spotless and beautifully kept.

Good afternoon We reserved 2 nights in the mantra wings surfers paradise , I normally would never complain , and I do no expect anything in return. But I would like to outline the below 1. The room was dirty - imot sure if the clean was completed in full as Carpet was dirty - I don’t think it had been vacuum in both bedrooms The bathroom was dirty - tiles dirty , shower tiles dirty with shampoo( or who knows ) on it The blinds in the bathroom was covered in mould The main toilet bowl was dirty - I cleaned it prior to my children using it The tracks in the wardrobes were extremely dirty - with dust, dirty and debris- along with the carpet inside the wardrobes There were stains on the blanket in the main bedroom The white couch had marks all over it And the mould visable in the air conditioning unit In the lounge room was beyond words - we did not use it . The kitchen chairs were filled with food crumbs and bits of bread My children , did make a mess on the kitchen floor with some food ( near the breakfast bench ) However , the mess/ room standard when we arrived was disappointing . We were staying in level 6, room 603

Kjempefin leilighet nær sjøen.

En fantastisk leilighet og fin utsikt. Litt dårlig renhold i dusjen og ikke nok håndklær til alle. Dette trekker litt ned på renhold og service desverre. Vi fikk ikke beskjed eller har lest at resepsjonen stengte tidlig på søndager. Hadde litt problemer med å få nøkkel til leiligheten, da safen den lå i ikke virket. Ellers en super flott leilighet med stor balkong for 5 personer. Kjempefin pooi med fint uteområde.

Great 3 days spent at Mantra Wings. Second time we have stayed there whilst away playing a Golf Tournament. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our Room 1303 was very clean an tidy with a terrific view straight back down Surfers Paradise and the River. We never got to use the other facilities but they looked great. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place to Stay!
