DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE SLEEP AND PEACE OF MIND!!! The staff was incredibly argumentative and gave multiple misrepresentations and tried to charge me for things that did not exist as possibilities to be charged for. They will blame it on not understanding. I never got more than three hours of sleep here. In addition to the noise from the street below (the room has very poor soundproofing) and the other guests' loud snoring, I also would have to flick away bugs from my bed while I lay awake at night. They do not have ample restroom facilities either. After the men's shower flooded, I was told I had to use the women's shower. Moreover, they shut off the water in the only bathroom, meaning the toilets could not flush and I could not wash my hands. Paying an extra amount to purchase a new hotel and check out early was well worth it for my health and sanity.

First off there is NOT A/C in the rooms so having 12 people in a room during 30 degree heat was brutal and what added salt to the wound is that the only source of comfort provided was a wool blanket, as if that would be of use. The mattress is about 2 inches thick and you can feel the metal bars press on your spine as you lay down. Whats worse in the metal bars making the bunk bed are so cheap that when the person on the top or bottom bunk so much as readjusts their sleeping position, it shakes the whole bed. I understand hostel aren’t meant to be luxurious by any sort, but I would describe this experience something closer to psychological torture than a place to stay. At about 5am I gave up on trying to sleep and hung out in the common space until things in the area began to open. The couch was more comfortable than the bed. Would have rather slept on that. The staff was friendly and helpful though.

Room was dirty shower was shared between 10 rooms and ran out of hot water every day. Staff were terrible difficulty and hard to deal with. I would avoid this hostel is possible. However the location and neighborhood was incredible absolutely loved Madrid and would highly recommend but do not stay here. Laundry machines was broken, kitchen appliances did not work, staff “worked” a few hours a day check in was impossible check out was difficult and they tried to change you extra for everything.

The first was extremely cheap, and we all just needed to be there for hours (we didn't stay overnight), so we chose a shared room. It is a budget hotel, so yes, it is going to smell funny, the bathrooms won't be very clean and tidy, and you won't have any fancy accommodations, furniture, or pretty much anything else. So it works for us, but I won't stay longer than one night.

We suffered discrimination in this hostel because we are Iranian and as Iranians we don’t have credit cards on our name. we planning to sue them. As Iranians we are victims of geopolitical pressure not allowing us to have access to international cards and this hostel took our money and rejected us for our lack of rights as Iranians. This is racism at his best

sobrevenden las habitaciones, y la administración indica que para reclamar el reembolso de lo previamente pagado, nos comuniquemos con el medio por el cual hicimos la reserva.
