"When we walked in, the lady at the front desk (Bonnie?)
was very welcoming and helpful.
The room was beautiful and clean.
The pool and hot tub and gym were perfect for our family.
I used the lovely office area to get some business done on one of the computers. Internet access was easy.
Of all the hotels we had been to on our summer road trip, your hotel had the best breakfast and the sweetest chef who helped with food choice and also with planning a great day at the beach and dunes. Your coffee was delicious too! Your hotel is outstanding and we are super grateful for you. Thank you! "

"We were here for 4 days, visiting for a family wedding. 6 adults stayed in 4 rooms. We were able to cook and clean as needed. Both families missed the driveway/street a few times before we figured it out and successfully arrived. If you have any folks with knee issues the stairs might be difficult for the two rooms upstairs, but there are 2 downstairs. The rental neighbors were very friendly. We would definitely come back. "

"This is a lovely little home. The garden is such a delight. I appreciated the number of bedrooms and seating options, and the huge amount of bath towels. I would really love to have had dressers available since we were staying for a week. More kitchen towels and toilet paper would have helped for a longer stay but it wasn't terrible. Loved the different coffee making options! My kids enjoyed the games available. Just a pleasant stay, nice neighborhood, and great garden. Thanks so much!"

"Beautiful house with strong commitment to mermaid theme! Great view of ocean. There is river access, which we did not use.Not direct beach access, but we could def hear the waves. (If you want to actually walk in the ocean, it was just a few miles to the beach) Sitting by the fire table, listening to the ocean.....priceless. Hot tub was amazing. House was well stocked, beautiful and comfy.Def recommend!"
"A clean and maintained property. The proprietor seems to put a lot of effort into making it welcoming and livable. I enjoyed having a full kitchen and basic ingredients (spices, cooking oil, coffee, tea, etc.) without having to buy full quantities.
Some older details need work like the shower faucet. It was tricky to figure out how to change the temp.
Loved having a laundry facility and free parking!
All in all a great little spot to call temporary home. Would book again. "
