The Londoner was by far the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at. The people and the attention to detail could not be faulted. I didn’t once miss the comfort of my own home whilst I was here, which I never thought could be possible. We can not thank the staff here enough for making our stay truly unforgettable! Clean, spacious and quiet room. All staff very friendly and helpful, in particular Joy from coincerge who gave great recommendations on places to visit and dine at. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Wide range of shops nearby. Plenty of eating places. Close to buses and the MTR.

Absolutely amazing hotel with exceptional service. The hotel is the definition of luxury. There was not a single thing that disappointed me. The hotel is part of the cotai strip and very close to the other hotels as well.

This property was amazing, our son had the best time of his life. The buffet was spectacular, staff were friendly, the property was immaculate. It only received 4/5 stars as we stayed during the off season which were unaware off, so the water park outdoor and indoor were closed which limited our experience.
