A great hotel, very convenient to walk to everywhere on the Cotai strip; however, not overcrowded like the Venetian. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room controls (lights/sounds/blinds) are controlled by tablets, took a bit to get used to, but ok. Will definitely comeback.

We had a wonderful stay at NUWA Macau, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the outstanding level of service and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The real highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special. A special mention must go to Kyle at the Concierge, who was absolutely outstanding. He assisted us in every possible way, both during check-in and check-out, and made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. Kyle was exceptionally helpful, patient, and attentive, and his genuine care made a lasting impression on us. We would also like to sincerely thank Patrick, Ben, and John from the Bell Desk, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist whenever we needed anything made us feel truly welcomed and looked after. It is the people who make a hotel memorable, and the team at NUWA Macau certainly made our experience unforgettable. The combination of the beautiful modern room, excellent facilities, and—most importantly—the warm and exceptional service from the staff made this one of the best hotel experiences we have had. A huge thank you to the entire NUWA team, especially Kyle, Patrick, Ben, and John. We truly appreciated everything you did for us and would be delighted to stay at NUWA Macau again.

Returning stay as I personally enjoyed the rooms and the service. Special mention to Jason/concierge who went out his way to research and suggest local recommendations when I requested. That made the trip very personalised and interesting for us. It’s our second time encountering him and it was extremely pleasant! Kudos to his dedication and commitment. He is definitely a gem!

Awesome stay at COD NUWA perfect 5 star hotel quality and top Service . Superb checking in experience they Will Really make sure you Will have the most enjoyable stay. Thank you for giving US Room with best view of Cotai! Breakfast was High quality and worth trying. View was spectacular . Housekeeping people were great and accommodating . COD Nuwa was worth every penny. Will recommend This hotel to everyone looking for quality stay. Everyone was helpful. Hotel is new and clean. Spa and sauna Room were great and High quality . We moved to another hotel and I could tell the big difference . Should have stayed at NUWA the entire time . Will surely return! Thank you Nuwa!!!
