Pretty good for the most part. My only complaint was that the pool was closed for a special event, which meant we couldn’t take advantage of it during our stay… would’ve been good to know ahead of booking.

Hotel is a little bit old considering it is a luxury hotel comparing to other hotels nearby. if hotel staying includes the breakfast, that will made the staying much pleasant and completed experience.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Carrie from the front office was invaluable in helping us shape our itinerary. She showed an incomparable attention to detail in making sure that our experience was the best that it could be. I have never had such a high-caliber service at any resort or hotel anywhere. Had a wonderful time at Four Seasons Macau. What made the trip exceptional was Nana from Guest Relations team and her colleagues. After three weeks of travel she made us feel at home, any requests were resolved promptly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. She arranged a celebration cake for my father’s birthday which was very much appreciated. Housekeeping was also exceptional. We look forward to our next visit!
