"Service was over the top amazing, especially the breakfast staff. Kane, Asmita, Rod, and others were excellent. Treated us like family and we will come back just because of them. We wanted to take all of them home with us as our new family members! They were the best part of our stay. Honestly, this establishment was great, but I cannot say it is the best St Regis property I have ever visited. That said, the service was beyond reproach and the management team was phenomenal. The GM made his rounds and was extremely welcoming, fun, and energetic. There are so many options for luxurious accommodations in Macau, but this is a hidden gem. Small property with top notch service that felt like we were staying with family. Highly recommend. "

The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and every dish was prepared with great care. The service was equally impressive – the staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. It truly made my stay memorable, and I would highly recommend The Londoner to anyone visiting Macao."

"A great hotel, very convenient to walk to everywhere on the Cotai strip; however, not overcrowded like the Venetian. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room controls (lights/sounds/blinds) are controlled by tablets, took a bit to get used to, but ok. Will definitely comeback. "
