"It started on a good note, we came a day early and we could rent the room an extra day, quick response but weird, Venmo an individual before getting any information but ok. We got to the room and it was as cold as a refrigerator. I had read another review that there was only one shared thermostat in the house, so we found it on the fourth floor and it was set to air conditioner at 57° no problem, we turned the heat on to 66. That didn’t last long as someone kept setting it back to air conditioner in the 50s all weekend. The room behind us had someone screaming and banging each night from about one until 4 AM with no response from the staff when we alerted them. We got a staff phone call at about one in the morning to ask if our car was parked alongside the house, which was not, and we were asleep. They did not take our car or license plate to know who owned what car so got constant texts about parking issues. Would definitely not recommend staying here."
