"Very disappointing experience. The AC unit in the room wasn’t working properly, and neither was the TV. To make matters worse, a staff member entered my room unannounced and opened the door without permission, nearly walking in on my wife while she was undressed. Completely unacceptable and a serious violation of privacy. The restaurant service was just as bad. I placed my order and watched multiple customers who arrived after me get served first. After waiting about an hour, I was given the wrong dish, I ordered escalope chicken but was served dry, overcooked baked chicken instead. No one checked on me or addressed the issue. Overall, poor service, lack of professionalism, and zero attention to guest experience. I will not be staying here again."

"The hotel is fine, but not to the standards of 5-star hotels. Parking space is limited. Though the parking is free, I still have to pay tips to the staff as it's difficult to get in/out."

"The hotel was very nice and well located for restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We found in our two visits that a room on an upper floor is helpful in minimizing street noise."

"When we entered there was fish smell in the reception area. The room was tidy but the floor was a bit sticky, The shower kept changing between hot and cold even without touching the controls. The airconditioning was off, we were told to open the window. Breakfast was ok. I liked the location near the train station, and not much hustle and bustle around. "

"Room was very spacious, clean, the bedsheets crisp. Ambience was homey. Breakfast was superb, not as varied but sufficient. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. "

"I was slightly disappointed by the asthetics of the hotel. It is in need of rennovations and the availablity of television programs in English was limited to one movie channel so no news etc during the stay. The hallways had a sensor light that is actived at the end of the hall so if your room is not in the area, you are on a dark floor and walking down the hall to activate the light. The cleaning was medicore, as the bed was made without dusting it off the sheets. The location is so, so because it is on a side street and a 20 mintue walk to the center of the city. However, the staff was very kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the waiter Chowits was very kind."

"We needed 1 night in Casablanca following our trip around Morocco, for an early flight the next morning. This hotel was conveniently located, very modern and clean. I would've expected a bit more from the front desk staff – they were cold and perfunctory. Upon check-in, the lady that was checking us in was preoccupied with her colleage working beside her, joking with him and also chatting with the customer he was chatting with. Check out was also very brusque and perfunctory. Not quite the Moroccan warmth and hospitality that we had become accustomed to from our previous 2 weeks through the country. "
