"We had a fine stay here. The staff in particular was friendly and helpful with the concierge, Tarik, being especially so. Location is convenient wth a taxi stand essentially right in front to take you around immediately. Room was clean, furnished well with current amenities; bathroom was modern with excellent hot water and water pressure, and toilet was in a separate room. Food and beverage were good though typically and unsurprisingly overpriced compared to what is available outside, but not shockingly so. Would be happy to stay there again."

Reception staff in the morning were ok but the afternoon and evening staff were not helpful or interested in doing their job when a major noise issued ocurred. It offers breakfast for 55 Dirhams means 5 dollars with is very convenient, also shower and bathroom are modern, and in my knowledge that one of the old famous stars, Omar Sherif used to stay in this hotel in the 60 th."

"Hyatt Regency Casablanca is a great place to stay in Morocco. Very clean, great amenities, on-site restaurants, including a Moroccan restaurant with live Moroccan music. Also, hotel has an excellent spa and very professional staff. Special recognition to housekeeper Najat who was very attentive and Omar in the dining bar area for doing an amazing job!!! Highly recommended hotel."
