The guy at the front desk when we were trying to check in was extremely horrible and had very poor customer service skills altogether. he could’ve definitely done better than what he was doing to put the customers in comfort. The rooms were OK, but the bathrooms were leaking in every direction. We had to put a whole lot of towels to prevent water flowing out of the bathroom every time I took a shower. room service when called on the phone was also not good. I had to call room service to clean the room at least seven times before they actually came to clean.

Unexpected

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon checking in, our room was not fully cleaned, and to make matters worse, there was a leaking ceiling. The staff did not offer to move us to another room, forcing us to wait until the maintenance and plumbing work was completed. The lack of customer service was frustrating, though I do want to mention that Madame Halima was the only bright spot with her friendly demeanor. Otherwise, I would have considered leaving right away.

The staff and service overall were fantastic. The furniture and room finishing also very nice. Maybe they need to enhance the gym facility with more equipments.
