Fabulous hotel - clean, modern and beautifully decorated. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our suite was huge for a family of 4. Separate bathroom, dressing room with laundry, small kitchen with full appliances, huge picture window out to Cairo and very comfortable beds. We had everything we needed. Hotel staff in the restaurants were also very helpful and service, while a little slow, was good. We dined for breakfast, lunch and dinner at 2 different restaurants over our 4 day stay.

On the whole the staff were lovely. Great breakfast. They were happy to upgrade us when our bathroom flooded. Furnishings a little tired but fine for the price.

Fabulous host, couldn’t do more for his guests. Very clean and spacious room. Restaurant for breakfast was fabulous with direct view of the pyramids.
Abdul arranged for a driver to transfer & collect us to GEM and arranged a sunset camel ride with practically an impromptu private photo shoot!! All in short notice.
Restaurant also serves a great lunch and dinner menu, just a flight of stairs from your room.
