"Tried to cancel thru the Expedia virtual service, several times, to no avail. Never stayed, rebooked to another location. When I booked, the location given in Maioli was behind a gas station in centre of town. 24 hours prior to arrival, I verified the address on Google map and it was outside the city, in the hills. Since I am cycling, I wasn't going to launch myself into the Taiwanese hills, after a day of cycling."

"隔音非常不好，不確定是隔壁房還是樓上6樓洗衣房發出的聲響，11點多到凌晨2點多了都還持續有聲響，雖然收費不貴，硬體設備不會有太大要求，只求有個休息睡覺的地方，但很可借連這基本的的品質都沒有，環境清潔的也不乾淨"

"We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel and rooms are very clean, and they provide slippers for the room too. I recommend the garden view, it was so stunning and serene. The staff are very kind and helpful, they shared pamphlets upon arrival and always checked in to ensure we had what we needed. "

"Taxi had difficulty to find the address during arrival at night, Taiwanese police gad to help navigate the current address which is written in Chinese, doesn't match address on Hotels,com Overall, excellent one night "
