"This property was very convenient in Corso Como area. The unit itself was very minimalist, which is fine, but lacking in things like bedside lamp/table and the bath tub needed a good scrubbing to get the mildew out. It worked, but would not stay again. "

"Lovely and clean property! Good bedroom and bathroom facilities with a nice view from the bedroom balcony. Only a 28 minute walk from the centre or 5 minutes on the metro. Some nice bars and restaurants around the apartment. Only negative is that it is not made clear that you will be sharing the house with the owner and their dog. However this did not affect us and was not disruptive in any way the dog is very cute :) "

"The apartment is nicely decorated, very clean and well equipped. The metal staircase is a little tough on the feet (slippers recommended). Bedroom downstairs has only a very small window so is quite dark. Great neighbourhood and excellent location for any tourist visit. Overall an excellent stay. Thank you."

"This was a great apartment and the location for transportation was perfect. Within a minutes walk you could get a tram to anywhere in the city. The place was quiet, clean and tidy, All the dishes, pots and pans, cutlery and appliances made it easy to prepare a meal. Mariella was attentive, kind and provided us with excellent information on sights to see, trams to take, grocery store location was just around the corner and we can highly recommended El Carnicero for a wonderful meal. "Our stay at Mariella’s apartment was perfect. Mariella is a wonderful host. She provided us with not only a perfect place to stay during our visit to Milan but provided us with information about places to see and recommended restaurants. We tried two and both were excellent and very near the apartment. She ordered us a taxi for two mornings. I felt she went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Do not hesitate to book this apartment. You will not regret your decision."

"Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. "Fabulous! Unfortunately, we were only stopping through Milan on our way back to the US. We would have loved to stay longer. Very nicely decorated apartment. Gracious host who provided us with maps, dinner reservations and a nice tart for breakfast and badly needed water. "Very comfortable stay. The staff was helpful. The room was very spacious and despite being on the first floor, it was very quiet. Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus.
