"Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly. Breakfast was always ready and refreshed as soon as it was getting low. Kids loved the pool. It was freezing cold for me so the toddler didn’t get much swim time. Overall a nice stay. "

"Nos encantó porque está a 5 minutos de SeaWorld. Es muy fácil para ir al Downtown (25 minutos). El hotel muy limpio, la atención es estupenda y lo que uno pide, llega a la habitación en segundos. Muy buen servicio. Los desayunos son casi siempre los mismos, pero es variado, así que no tuvimos inconvenientes. Volveríamos a regresar sin duda alguna. Para los que tienen niños, como nosotros, es una excelente opción entre precio, comodidad y acceso a muchas tiendas y restaurantes a 1 o 2 minutos. Excelente ♥️"

"Rooms were dirty. There was dirt all over the floor, my family also stayed in different rooms and their bed sheets were stained and so we’re some of our towels. The shower had some grime or something in it doesn’t look like the rooms get cleaned up in my opinion. When we arrived we had one already opened shampoo bottle in the shower, the hair dryer also wasn’t working I was going to call them but the room phone wasn’t even connected but the worker ended up bringing us a new dryer and shampoos. I’d recommend somewhere more neat and clean/sanitary. I was expecting at least what we saw in the pictures when booking and for it being a “nice” place to stay near the base it was the complete opposite respectfully. "

"Our experience at Courtyard Marriott Lackland was extremely disappointing. One of the first issues we encountered was being required to pay prior to even arriving at the property, which felt unusual and set the tone for the stay. Unfortunately, things escalated when we began experiencing what we believed to be bedbug-related issues. After two nights of itching and discomfort, we made the difficult decision to cut our family trip short and return home early. This was especially upsetting as this was a spring break trip for my daughters, and we missed out on planned activities and experiences in San Antonio. While the hotel did provide a refund, the response from management lacked accountability and empathy for the situation. There was little acknowledgment of the disruption to our trip or the condition concerns we raised. Overall, this experience caused significant inconvenience, loss of time, and added stress to what was supposed to be a memorable family vacation. I would strongly encourage future guests to carefully consider their options before staying at this location. "

"Found an unopened gallon of Lactaid in the rooms refrigerator, a full cup of soup too, plus two pairs of socks on the floor. WiFi only worked until 8:00 p.m. and never did work the next morning before we checked out."
