The key collection instructions were completely wrong. The apartment hadn't bee ...

The key collection instructions were completely wrong. The apartment hadn't been cleaned and I had to get let in after check in by the cleaner who then cleaned the place whilst I was there. The photos don't reflect the actual apartment - or the listing information. The apartment is dated and worn out, the sofa is very stained, no kettle, coffee machine, iron as listed (ironing board is there!!) and all the crockery/cutlery shown on the table is limited. The shower leaks, the bath is missing the overflow, the towel rail doesn't work, the chairs at the table are all falling apart. It is warm, its got a comfy bed but other than that its not great.

Problème de boîte à clé à l'arrivée, le ménage n'était pas fait, on a dû laisser l'appartement le temps que le ménage se fasse. Les frais de ménage sont trop élevés par rapport au service rendu. La vaisselle était sale et les ustensiles de cuisine merite d'être changés. Malgré tout l'appartement est spacieux et bien situé.
