"Turned up and the access instructions were totally wrong. Room hadn't been cleaned and the cleaning team arrived 30 mins after check in and let me in. Photos have clearly been staged many of the items pictured are not there and many of the items listed as amenities aren't there. No kettle, coffee machine, iron (but there is an ironing board!!).
