Worst Hotel in Lyon

BE CAREFUL!!! Do not trust the pictures on the site.Check customers pictures.This hotel is an old student residence.Very dirty, mold and sewer smell in bathroom. Need major refurbishing!!! There is 2 different buildings. Not even a 2 stars hotel. I am still waiting for my refund. Safety issues with No evacuation plan on room doors.Main entrance very dark at night and the front desk looks like a security guard booth.Lots of homeless people in the neighborhood. Do Not book this hotel. STAY Away!!! Left the hotel room 2 hrs after check-in.

Nous sommes rester pour 2 nuits tout s'est bien passé juste le frigo qui ne refroidi pas beaucoup, manque un petit meuble sous les escaliers pour les chaussures, pas de rangement dans la salle de bain pour les serviettes. Et un souci avec le badge à chaque fois ça se désinstalle du coup impossible d accéder au parking ou a l ascenseur. Mais autrement le personnel très sympa.

Bon rapport qualité prix et bien situé

Parfait pour un départ matinal à la gare part Dieu ( ligne 13 juste devant l hôtel ,ou bien pour aller se balader dans cette belle vie si bien desservie par les bus et métros ( juste à côté de l hôtel).l hôtel est en plus situé tout près de la ligne du Rhône express qui rejoint l aéroport st exupery . L hôtel en lui même est pratique ( nous étions 3 et avions choisi l appartement avec chambre en mezzanine et canapé lit dans le salon ,coin cuisine équipé avec l essentiel (bouilloire ,cafetière électrique ,plaques électriques, micro onde et réfrigérateur ). Salle de bain avec serviettes de bain contient l essentiel également . La literie a été bonne . Attention pas de climatisation . Ventilateurs électriques dans le salon et la chambre . Personnel toujours disponible à l accueil ce qui est agréable . L’appartement était propre même si vieillot . Globalement nous avons donc été satisfaits ,nous reviendrons .l hôtel et les chambres ont jugé besoin d un bon rajeunissement w

Hébergement pratique (pres de la gate part dieu) et prix convenable rapporté a la prestation. Propreté perfectible même si acceptable. Accueil tres disponible et aimable. Le petit déjeuner est tres bien, varié et en quantité (seul le pain est de qualité moyenne)
