Cabin was clean and had everything you would need plus extras. Kitchen well equipped, lounge and bed very comfortable. Nice to sit outside on the veranda. Only downside was the bathroom is very small and hard to use the sink to clean teeth plus one side of the bed is against a wall. But overall a great place to stay for a few days.

Stayed in the villas which are very modern and close to the main guesthouse. Pretty much everything is supplied except for the food. They are well worth spending the extra money for accomodation. The staff are great to deal with and very helpful. The tours are run by staff that really know their stuff, informative and really interesting! With lots of stuff to do such as bird feeding, track walks and plenty of tours I would definitely want to stay there again.

Beautiful surroundings! Great for kids. Plenty to do from private camp fires, bush walks, tennis, basketball, playing in a magnificent creek. Lovely staff who cook an amazing breakfast!

From the wood burning stove laid ready to light, to the fresh herbs in a vase ready for picking, everything about Boolamoola Homestead was welcoming! The cottage was immaculately presented, with fresh flowers in every room. The view of Mt Barney from the front veranda is spectacular. The dip in the rock pool after a long hot hike was refreshing! Mt Barney lodge is the perfect base for exploring.

The best area to stay in Lynchs Creek is within the main township itself, particularly around the Lynchs Creek Road and Kyogle Road intersection.
This central area of Lynchs Creek is the heart of the community. It's where you'll find the local general store, the post office, and the community hall. The layout is quite spread out, following the creek and the main roads, with properties generally offering generous space and a connection to the natural surroundings. It's a peaceful spot, great for those looking to unwind.
Couples looking for a tranquil escape will appreciate staying here. The focus is on relaxation and enjoying the natural beauty of the Northern Rivers region. You can spend your days exploring the local walking tracks, enjoying a picnic by the creek, or simply relaxing on your verandah with a good book. The lack of major attractions means a slower pace of life, which is often exactly what couples seeking a quiet getaway are looking for.
For families with older children who enjoy outdoor activities, staying in Lynchs Creek offers a great base for exploring the surrounding national parks and state forests. There are opportunities for bushwalking, birdwatching, and discovering local wildlife.
When is the best time to go to Lynchs Creek?
The best time to visit Lynchs Creek is during the autumn (March to May) and spring (September to November) months, when the weather is most pleasant for exploring the region.

The landscape is lush and green, creating picturesque scenery for those looking to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. Couples often find this a lovely time for a peaceful escape.
Spring also offers delightful weather, with comfortable temperatures and the countryside blooming with wildflowers. This season is superb for nature enthusiasts and those interested in birdwatching.
