"Extremely disappointing handling by the hotel and twin towns after getting in between visible factional department infighting regarding breakfast entitlements and customer service between the hotel and twin towns. What made this worse was not even the original issue — it was the weeks of silence afterwards, followed by a phone call where staff appeared completely boxed in by policy and bureaucracy instead of using basic customer judgement. I travel regularly and understand mistakes happen. What matters is how businesses respond. In this case, the response was slow, impersonal and dismissive. Very poor post-stay customer service for a brand that markets itself as premium."

"Amazing place to stay with little ones, we loved every minute of it. So much to do at the property that you wouldn't even have to leave to have a great holiday. Multiple pools, kids activities, a small cinema, mini golf and the apartments with smart TV but also things like toddler cups and plates. Bus and tram stop are literally in front of the door and the beach is a 5-10 minute walk away. If you forgot to take something, you can probably loan or hire it (cots, toys, books, pool towels, high chairs etc etc). Staff is super friendly and the restaurant has decent food and coffee. Would've given 6 stars if I could."

"Cannot get a better location than this Mantra. Smack bang on the beach, between two sets of restaurants and bars. We were stoked that the spa and sauna worked (watch out for that sauna - higher than 80 degrees! :) as often you are disappointed when you get a hotel, thinking that the resort facilities are going to be amazing - and they're not working. Not the case here! Lovely stay, heaps of friendly staff. Free parking included... It was absolutely great. Nicely appointed room, which would do you well whether you were staying for 2 weeks or just overnight like us. Will stay again!"

"This was our 5th or 6th time staying at Robina. Each time we are greeted by friendly staff, clean room- home away from home style. One of the best pet-friendly hotels, they go above and beyond when it comes to our dog. We will definitely keep booking here whenever we are at the GC. Thank you!"
