"Staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was clean with towels regularly changed. The shower was great although I did have to ask for the plug to be cleaned as the shower tray was not emptying after we showered also the tray was very slippery I did ask for a bath mat but sadly nothing appeared"
"The hotel is right in the city centre and has convenient & secure parking.
We had a room on 9th floor with a wonderful view. We didn’t have breakfast as we was meeting family out for breakfast.
The room had aircon which was very much appreciated.
The staff were absolutely wonderful, so friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble . I would definitely stay again as it’s excellent value for money"
"Breakfast not included. At molie's diner menu was too much meat based. Should have some healthy options. Could have told us about other dining places nearby."
"We had a small suite which was amazing, really comfortable and clean, just a small niggle here the Air Con was not working properly so it was very hot at night. Also in the part of the building where we were only one of the two lifts was working which meant waiting around a long time. We had breakfast in the downstairs dining room, which was adequate. The two staff down there struggled to keep up and they ran out of orange juice glasses, scrambled egg and a couple of other items. I think particularly on Sunday they should have an extra person it was certainly busy enough.
The food here was not the best but adequate for a good walk around Bristol. The hotel was very clean and I would definitely stay there again."
"Stunning venue for a beautiful wedding.
Slightly disappointed that we paid extra for a junior suite and didn’t even have a bottle of water each in the room. It was 30degrees and I will say thank god for the Dyson fan in the room - that was very much needed!"
"Comfy bed, spacious room, friendly staff, great location (short walk to Farro Bakery ☺️)! Honestly, no flaws can be found in the room/ customer service/ check in procedure! Will definitely pick Moxy again if I visit Bristol"
