"The hotel location is super convenient for public transportation, in fact, it is right above the MRT station. Also, bus stops are within 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly, and they made our stay and experience very pleasant. A big thanks to Claire and Lyndia for putting our luggage in storage before normally check-in time and greeting us with ice cream. The breakfast choice is somewhat limited, especially if you stay there for a week or longer, you will end up having same breakfast for few days. More variety will be much appreciated. Big shout out to Joy, Letty, Mansi, and others for helping us during morning breakfast. Sorry, we couldn't remember all their names. The overall experience was very pleasant, we would recommend this hotel to others."
