"My husband and I stayed for only one night in Jul after an overnighter on Halong Bay. We were upgraded to a deluxe suite; it was a huge room with lots of natural light. The amenities were great, the bed was very comfortable, I wish we had stayed at this hotel for the few nights we had been in Hanoi before Halong Bay. The staff were very attentive and really went out of their way to make sure you were happy. Great location in town. Overall, definitely recommend."

"All of the staff, but Charlotte especially, were super friendly! We felt so welcomed - every time we arrived to a group of happy faces, a warm welcome and a chat about our day. It felt really special and I’ve never experienced this great service in any hotel before! Everything else was perfect from the room, cleanliness, food, laundry, housekeeping. I can’t fault a single thing, I highly recommend staying here if you’re in Hanoi."
