Staff speak no English but try to be helpful. They ordered us a taxi. Expedia also doesn't tell you that you have to pay a 600 deposit on arrival (this came as a difficulty for us). You get this back when leaving. Hotel is aging , evidently grand in its day but furntiture easily broken and tiles in bathroom old, bed hard....
