Great Service

Very convenient location next to the night market, but very quiet at night. The room size is larger than the others around. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, really recommend this to all.

The bathroom needs a serious update. The bathtub shower head was not working and the whole toilet/shower stall arrangement was awkward. When a person showers, other people were not able to use the toilet. The bathroom is the reason for the two star rating.

旅館人員服務態度很好，有問題很迅速對應、協助解決；旅館地點就在夜市旁，方便之餘免不了較為吵雜；面對馬路的房間有大片落地窗，採光不錯但窗簾無法遮光，早上很容易被陽光叫醒；另外，房間隔音不太好，住宿當晚隔壁房的沒水準房客從晚上12點後持續大聲聊天喧鬧到將近凌晨3點，聲音大到可以清晰聽見聊天內容，已請旅館人員處理但可能那些沒水準房客沒有理會，睡眠品質很差。

在羅東夜市附近，雖然在鬧區裡面，但不會很吵。 服務人員都非常有禮貌，服務親切。 房間寬敞舒適，床很舒服，浴室泡澡也很棒。 浴室天花板有點壁癌，但整體來說還是不錯！ 停車場是機械式，偏小。

表裡不一，令人失望

浴室沒有乾濕分離的沖澡空間，只有一個有高度的大浴缸，洗澡得爬進去。洗澡水會流到地板上，很危險。沒有可以洗手的肥皂或洗手乳，只好擠沐浴乳出來洗手。電視畫質差，看久了很傷眼。
