入住綺麗已經是N次了！之前都沒有吃到他們的早餐，因為都睡比較晚 這一次入住櫃檯要我們選擇早餐！台式炒麵和漢堡兩瓶奶茶跟銅鑼燒還親自送到房門口！ 覺得很窩心，其實綺麗都是去蘇澳找朋友的時候必定入住的🏨商旅！推薦給你們！

外觀看起來雖然不是太豪華的那種，但內莊卻感覺像是整新過非常乾淨舒適，再來蘇澳首選一定還會是考慮住這家，非常推薦有小朋友跟開車來玩的遊客。

人員訓練不足。改善前不再考慮。

屋內衣櫥異味相當嚴重。服務人員對親子設施的付費與否眾說紛紜。有爭取有機會免費，自己要爭取詢問。HOTELS與飯店對退房時間不相同，HOTELS告訴我12:00。飯店11:00就來電催促，相當不友善。
