"Die Lage des Objektes war traumhaft. Innen ist es mäßig: das Sofa etwas abgewetzt, der Tisch verschrammt. Der Schlafzimmerschrank beinhaltete einen komischen Geruch nach altem Schweiß. Die Küchenzeile ist viel zu klein. Über die Mülleimer sollte noch eine Arbeitsplatte gebaut werden, damit überhaupt was abgestellt werden kann. "

Es gibt eine moderne Waschmaschine mit Kurzprogramm, ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen und alle notwendigen Küchengeräte. Das Geschirr ist sehr schön. Das sind die positiven Punkte. Die Einrichtung (besonders in der Wohnküche) ist schon sehr stark abgenutzt und teilweise defekt. Vieles sieht auch einfach verbastelt aus. Das trübt den ersten guten Endruck extrem. - An den Küchenschrank-Türen...
