The Dutch Quarter is wonderful. The property is cozy and unique. Each unit has a little outside sitting area in a enchanting patio with a lot of plants.

Check in/ out klappt reibungslos, netter Garten,Heizung funktioniert,Grösse Studio ( Scheune) passt gut für 2 Personen. Leider überall Spinnweben/Spinnen, dreckiger Teppich in Küche, Ablauf bei Dusche funktioniert nicht,Sofa voll Krümel, Bett ist ein Wand Klappbett, dünne Matratze auf Holzbrett. Dementsprechend Schlafkomfort :-((, Fernseher funktioniert nicht ( ausser Netflix usw) wlan schlecht, Küchenutensilien/Geräte nicht benutzt, kann dazu nix sagen aber Kaffeemaschine funktioniert! Würde die Scheune nicht empfehlen. Umgebung schön ruhig im Holländischen Viertel mit netten Restaurants. Gut erreichbar mit ÖV,

Oa apartamentos são muito bonitos e bem decorados e o custo-benefício é excelente. Vale um cuidado no processo de check-in porque nao há recepção 24h.

Sehr süß gemacht und im Sommer bestimmt sehr schön! Wir waren nach regen da und die Wohnung hat sehr muffig gerochen. Der Fernseher und das Licht waren über mehrfach Steckdosen eingesteckt die etwas unschön neben dem Bett lagen. Auch die Gardinen hätten mal getauscht werden koennen.

This property was convenient to lots of restaurants and cafes in the Dutch Quarter, and easily accessible by bike and tram to the palaces and train station. My one complain was the quality of the internet. It was painfully slow—barely functional. There’s no way one could use it for work because it constantly cut off. In 2022 in Germany no less, it’s unsatisfactory to have poor quality internet. Management should clearly state that the property only offers limited internet.

Der 1. Eindruck-Prima,Geräumig,alles an der richtigen Stelle.SAUBER! Viele schöne Details in der Eirichtung! Es fehlt ein bißchen die dekorative Hand( Gardinen) Die Elektrik ( viele Kabel) ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.Die Ausleuchtung ist nicht gut durchdacht. Am Backofen sind wir gescheitet. Das Geschirr ist zauberhaft. Wir Mädels haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Bästa platsen i holländska kvarteret i Potsdam

Mycket nöjd med vår lägenhet. Mycket trevligt innegård och rummet var snyggt inrett med fina detaljer och allt bekvämligheter i kök och badrum. Smidigt incheckning trots obemannad reception vid vår ankomst. Fantastiskt kvarter med många bra restauranger och caféer, nära till allt.

Das Appartment liegt ruhig, zentral und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Leider hat der Abfluß im Bad nicht funktionert und das Wasser ist sehr schlecht abgelaufen. Wir haben das Sieb gesäubert. Ansonsten top.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Als Appartement kann nan das Zimmer auf keinen Fall bezeichnen. Im Zimmer ist ein kleines Duschbad mit Fenster integriert, das an ein Grenzkontrollhäuschen erinnert. An der Duschkabine befinden sich starke Kalkablagerungen. Das Doppelbett ist lediglich 140 cm breit und zu schmal für 2 Personen. Die Kopfkisssen laden sich elektrostatisch auf.

Wunderschönes Apartment zum sehr guten Preis

Ich hatte ein sehr schönes Apartment mit ausgesprochen gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis im Holländischen Viertel. Stylisch, modern und doch romantisch. Leider nur geschäftlich und 1 Übernachtung, aber für den nächsten Aufenthalt in Potsdam plane ich mehr Zeit ein.

Zimmer hübsch, Service ausbaufähig.

Unsere Unterkunft war bei unserer Ankunft sauber und gepflegt. Hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Räume sind richtig urig. Aber: Bei einem Aufenthalt von 6 (sechs) Tagen wäre es nicht überflüssig, wenn mal jemand durch die Zimmer geht, um die Handtücher und das kleine Tuch auf dem Fußboden des Bads zu wechseln, durchs Bad zu wischen und die Abfalleimer zu lehren! Dass in dieser Hinsicht überhaupt nichts getan wurde, haben wir noch nie erlebt.
