This hotel is very clean, neat and beautiful. The views from the windows are wonderful. I would also like to note the staff, which found compromises in everything. All that I asked for extra, I was able to find everything. I can safely recommend this hotel

A brief layover

We were only there to spend the night before leaving at 5:00 am for a flight. The room was spotless and very new feeling. It would have been better to have some extra blankets and pillows as it was cold so we turned up the heat substantially.

Property was incredible for the price. Automated check in was easy. The machine was right in front of the lift. Room was tidy and spacious. The area around the property was not good. There was no much food options near the property. Overall it was really good stay.

We had silverfish in our room on our clothes, changed rooms and had larger silverfish coming in the window and in the bathroom. The carpark is used as a community drinking garden by builders in the hotel. They were loud and annoying until late at night. We changed hotels and even though we had videos and photos the hotel refused a refund. I would not reccomend this hotel, which is a shame as it looked nice but the bug infestation, carpark being used like a pub and unhelpful staff made it a nightmare.

Appartamento spazioso. Materasso comodo e nel complesso ben arredato. Unica pecca ho dovuto chiamare la reception per farmi spiegare come fare il self check-in. Anche l'insegna della struttura non è troppo chiama. Ad ogni modo per chi prenoterà qui la macchinetta per il self check-in è a sinistra della porta dell'ascensore, vicino al distributore automatico del caffè. L'accesso della struttura è davanti all'ingresso del centro fitness a fianco al supermercato Norma.

Das Zimmer war an für sich echt super schade war nur dass die Küche kaum ausgestattet war. Es gibt eigentlich nur eine Mikrowelle und einen Wasserkocher zum Kochen. Wir hätten die Küche aber sowieso nicht genutzt, daher waren wir rundum zufrieden

Einzug in benutztes Zimmer

Ich betrat das Zimmer und fand eine zurückgelassene Hotelkarte neben dem Eingang. Das Bett war zerkrumpelt, offensichtlich benutzt, im Bad lagen die Handtücher zerknüllt auf dem Boden. Die Toilettenspülung ist defekt und es schwamm Urin drin. Pfandflaschen standen auf der Theke. Unter großem Druck wurde wenig Spülwasser freigelassen. Ich rief eine Nummer an, die an der Rezeption hing. Ich erklärte der Dame mein freundlich mein Problem, aber sie verstand mich nicht und fragte, wie sie mir helfen kann und ob ich im ricjtigen Hotel bin. Ich meinte darauf verwirrt, dass ich mich im richtigen Hotel befinde, die richtige Nummer gewählt habe und mich nicht mit von fremden Menschen benutzten Hantücher abtrocknen möchte. Der Anruf wurde beendet. (Versehen?) Ich rief nochmal an. Dieselbe Dame fragte mich freundlich nach meinem Problem. Ich erzählte es nochmal. Sie fragte, was sie tun kann. Ich fragte nach einem anderen Zimmer oder frischen Handtüchern. Sie sagte, sie macht und ich muss 5 Minuten warten. Dann befand ich mich in einer Warteschlange. Nach 5 Minuten sagte sie mir, sie habe versucht mir ein anderes Zimmer zu geben, aber das Hotel wäre voll besetzt. Frische Handtücher bekäme ich nicht, weil niemand im Hotel ist, aber ich könne mir morgens an der Rezeption welche holen. Wenn ich Geld zurück haben möchte, soll ich mich bei expedia melden. Ich habe allerdings nicht über expedia gebucht.

Väldigt trevligt ställe, lite långt från stadskärnan bara. Enda tråkig avar att vi bokade ett rum med två sängar men fick ett rum med en stor säng. Och då incheckningen är 15 och framåt och det bara är bemannat till 15 så fick vi nöja oss och en av oss fick sova på soffan

Das Motel kann vor allem durch seine Sauberkeit sowie den Umstand punkten, dass sich im gleichen Gebäude sowohl ein Supermarkt als auch eine Gaststätte befinden. Nachteilig schlagen die mehr als karge Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr und der Umstand zu Buche, dass einige Zimmer unmittelbar auf ein Parkdeck führen: In diesen Räumen einquartierte Gäste sind nicht nur mit den Geräuschen der das Parkdeck frequentierenden Zechbrüder konfrontiert, sondern können wegen der Gefahr, andernfalls ungebetenen (nächtlichen) Besuch zu erhalten, die Fenster allenfalls kippen. Hilfreich wäre auch eine Duschabtrennung oder wenigstens ein Duschvorhang in der Nasszelle.

Die Unterkunft liegt am S-Bahnhof Schönefeld ca: 1 Km entfernt. Ohne Auto ist man dort verloren. Die Fahrtzeit mit der S9 mindestens immer eine Stunde! Beim Duschen gibt es kaum Wasser. .

Ich bin einfach zufrieden. Sauberkeit 10/10 Großes Zimmer/ Apartments. 30qm nach meiner Augenschätzung. In dem Zimmer sind: Queen-Bett was sehr bequem war. Eine Sofa ( SMART) TV was fast überall in Berlin in den Hotels nicht gibt. Kleine Küche mit Zubehör, inklusive Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Ein Esstisch. Check in war über Automat ganz easy Parkplätze sind kostenlos. Der Standort ist leider gas größte Problem. Wenn man kein Problem hat, 1 Std. Bis nach Berlin stadtmitte zu fahren dann wäre das Hotel perfekt für ihn. Das Hotel ist nicht mehr in kreis Berlin sondern in Brandenburg. Man kann mit dem Bus oder Bahn nach Berlin fahren. Carsharing gibt es da genug unter dem Hotel. In der Umgebung ist: Restaurant / Cafeteria Norma Supermarkt Bäckerei Fitnessstudio
