  • My - integrated in our house - basement apartment (57 sqm) in the green heart of Berlin is almost on the subway (900 meters away) and offers a terrace in the lovingly designed garden and free high-speed WiFi and television (smart home). The spacious accommodation is equipped with everything your heart desires. A special highlight of the apartment is the infrared sauna, the piano and the garden, an exclusive part of which is only available for our guests (pictures).
