"All was great! Staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd suggest some small things such as a free espresso/coffee bar in the lobby and to change the water filter in the gym. Minor compared to all the great things!"

"My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVEDDDD the hotel. We did not even have time to visit floor 4 with amenities because we were so busy, but we did go down and take a peek before we left. Everything was wonderful for us, although our room was not ready at 4 pm, we were accommodated appropriately due to our extra hour wait time. We will be back!!! Front desk staff was also nice and welcoming. We did park using the self park due to all of the negative reviews on street parking. We wanted to park at the hotel to feel more secure, and LEVEL did not disappoint. We knew we were going to be in & out throughout our trip, so paying the lot across the street $10 each time was not worth it, honestly. I can say that during our late-night outings (around 2 am), the parking attendants and front desk staff were wildly alert, and they had the garage closed. This gave me confidence that they were ensuring cars inside the garage remained safe and no one without access could enter. The room was very spacious and clean throughout. "
