"This property was at all times full of kids who gathered around elevators and lobby area. There was mold on soap holder in shower, they put a queen sheet on a king bed that kept coming off. The breakfast coffee area was a huge inconvenience . "

"We totally enjoyed our weekend stay at Hyatt Grand Central!! Our Deluxe room was spacious, very clean, and bed was comfortable. Staff was very very friendly! We loved the fact that Grand Central Terminal was right downstairs which allowed us to shop and eat breakfast and lunch. We had a late flight so we inquired about a late checkout which was given to us complementary. This hotel will definitely be my go to stay when visiting NYC! "

"While our room was very small, it was immaculate and tastefully decorated. We were on the seventh floor in the back of the hotel and the room was extremely quiet. Staff was helpful. The restaurant adjoining the hotel is lovely. Good location. Will be back!"

"The room temp was inconsistent and adjustments to the thermostat ineffective. The only big issue was the shower temperature. It was impossible to get a consistent water temp. And I mean varying from way too hot to cold."

"The AC in the room did not work, multiple calls down to the front desk and it still did not wor. On one of the calls I was told by maitnenance it was too close to the end of their shift so it was not their problem... The radiator heat however would not turn off leaving the room a balmy 80 degrees the whole trip. "
