"We booked this after travelling for 6+ hours. The confirmation was sent to us and no one was there to check us in at 2am. You shouldn’t allow people to book your hotel rooms if you’re unable to check anyone in especially at that time. I did not recommend and would not consider this property."

and just cross the street to go to the beach and walk in 30 minutes to the Scala dei Turchei. If you have a 1st floor apartment on the 'backside' of the accomodation be aware of the street noise and that you have to climb stairs to get in your apartment."

"Fabio was very helpful, from helping us with car trouble to getting things for the apartment such as mugs and a bread knife. Fabio directed us to a wonderful restaurant, amazing fish. The apartment was very clean if quite spartan and a good location for spending time at the temple city, which was our focus. The only glitch was that we had to insist that he unlock the second bedroom for us."

"My family and I stayed for a week at Le Zarafe. The owners were all very friendly. The rooms were all of a good size, even the singles had double beds, and were cleaned every day. There was a good variety of toiletries and a non-slip mat in the shower which I appreciated. Breakfast was very generous and the menu varied each day. The only drawback for me, as an older visitor, was the swimming pool did not have a safety rail to assist getting in and out, but the pool area was very clean and there were plenty of loungers and parasols, there was also a shaded area with tables and chairs to sit in the evening or when it was too hot."
