In conclusione posso dire che è stato un bel soggiorno...la struttura è da migliorare un po' soprattutto negli spazi esterni...le camere sono con tutti i comfort e abbastanza pulite...il mangiare è buono e abbondante...ciò che premio è la mancanza di barriere...ho una bimba disabile su sedia a rotelle e nn ha avuto nessuna difficoltà nel muoversi nella struttura.... animazione così così potrebbe migliorarsi...

Prenotato all'Alicudi e spostata al Lipari sostenendo che fosse equivalente, allora perché quando prenoti , con le stesse caratteristiche, al primo costa di più? Sul sito si parla di chef, ma per quello che ho potuto constatare , in una sola struttura, era tutto confezionato ,sono riusciti a dissacrare anche la parmigiana. Siamo rimasti senz'acqua per un disservizio per più di 12 h ,molte persone sono andate via , ed in stanza al mio rientro , dopo le lamentele, ho trovato due bottigliette di acqua da 250dl, cioè l'equivalente di due bicchieri d'acqua. La struttura è vecchia, in bagno c'era la vasca con una tenda sporca e consunta. Il personale sempre gentile e disponibile ma purtroppo non può sopperire a tutte le mancanze strutturali e dei servizi inesistenti

Ottima struttura

Bellissima struttura immersa in un parco di ulivi centenari e prati a perdita d'occhio. Camere pulitissime così come tutta la struttura piscina compresa (piccolina per il numero elevato di ospiti con decine di bimbi). Ristorazione molto varia con pesce e carne a pranzo e cena che merita però una qualità più elevata nella preparazione delle pietanze. Mare non sempre all'altezza. Spiaggia attrezzata molto bene e personale gentile.

Grande struttura con clientela italiana e francese immersa in un comprensorio di 4 villaggi con vigilanza all’ingresso.Ampia stanza con condizionatore, cassetta sicurezza, frigorifero e stendi panni. Unichw note dolente la colazione (cornetti e cappuccino non all'altezza) e gruppo animazione bocciatissimo (per pigrizia il capo animatore non ci ha dato le racchette di padel inventandosi che i campi erano pieni. Abbiamo controllato ed erano entrambi liberi.

Ottimo villaggio

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno . Punti di forza sono le camere appena ristrutturae veranente ampie e confortevoli , un'animzione molto professionale e simpatica, senza essere mai invadente e un servizio ristorazione direi piuttosto buono, considerando che dovevano servire ad agosto circa 400 coperti. Unico neo è la frequentaizone a larga maggioranza di francesi, per cu iti senti un po uno straniero in Italia. Lo consiglio assolutamente

Chambres confortables

Les chambres sont joliment décorées, bien équipées et toujours très propres. La vue sur le jardin (une sorte de cour intérieure) est décevante. Les bâtiments sont un peu vieillissants. Les services sont bons, et l'équipe d'animation très dynamique et agréable. Les équipements sportifs ne sont pas au top ! L'emplacement de l'hôtel, au milieu d'un énorme jardin d'oliviers est très agréable. La plage est jolie et bien équipée,et il est bien appréciable vu la distance et la chaleur d'avoir un petit train pour s'y rendre.

Club Hotel

This is a french traveler´s location and the staff at the bar spoke only french - in Sicilia! If you´d like to be entertained all night this hotel is recommended, if you prefere to sleep, rather not. Everything is run down and old, four stars is a joke! The card system to get a drink at the bar is rediculous. Internet access is very complicated and tremendously expensive. Take this location off the Hotel.com system!
