"This is easily one of the best hotel in Batam, the view is amazing! We are going to stay here again on Christmas and New year! But the breakfast is horrible, I am sorry but all the cakes are hard and cold. Maybe if there’s pancake made fresh and warm bread with cheese that will be wonderful. I don’t even see oranges offered, food are so little at a time so it always runs out. The taste of the food is also not on par with other similar hotel. It’s a shame because the decor and the hotel itself...

"Great location, clean and comfy. Polite and friendly staffs, although sometimes you need to remind them for your request. But overall great customer service. They have a pool table which guests can enjoy for free to kill times"

"I was traveling with a 5 months old baby, 20 months old toddler, 9 year old kid & 2 adults with 2 rooms with connected door. During 1st night had saw some ants crawling around toilet basin, so didn’t think much. Till the next morning I was very disappointed when I saw there’s lots of ants in one of the room toilet, bar counter & bedside cabinet. Other than this ants issue, the rest are still considered pleasant. Like breakfast buffet, room service food, pool & service from the hotel staffs. Hope...
