Very helpful staff

Aston Batam has an amazing array of staff who attended promptly to all our requests. We stayed in a 3-bedroom residence apartment. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. There was an air conditioner in each room, and they provided a large 20L water cooler. The swimming pool was large enough to swim laps, which we did every morning. Hotel was great value for money, rooms cleaned daily, breakfast included in price with plenty of choice and staff were very nice.

I couldn't fault this hotel. The pool is nice but small. There is a gym sauna and spa. Out the back gate the walk to Nagoya hill is 5 minutes. There is a cafe just out the back gate on the left that has an excellent menu and staff. Out the front door a short walk to more shops and markets.

Love this hotel, every one of the staff were all amazing, great location close to the mall, and street vendors.

We enjoy our stay there. The staff some of them very helpfull.
