"Room had many large bugs and geckos, including the biggest cockroach! When we told the staff, they just offered to kill the insects, and didn’t offer for us to switch rooms or any other services. The place feels run down. The shower is in the same area as the toilet with nothing separating them, so the toilet gets wet when you shower. One big perk is free drinking water."

"Great value for money. The hotel’s go-to guys, Souk, is really helpful and nice. But I think need better pillows. The pillows were hard and I had neck and shoulder ache when I woke up. Other than that, it was a good place to stay"
