"We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was really nice. We were super happy with the air conditioning with the heat wave that week. We spent the majority of our time at the pool, the kids loved the water slide. Getting to restaurants was around a 10 minutes drive. They do have a restaurant there but we didn’t try it. We would definitely stay here again."

"Very nice place. Had all the things we needed. Did not have air conditioning so it was a bit hot. Was not able to get property to text or call me back with check in instructions and key code so I had to continually call u til I found someone to help me. But other than that is was a good stay"

"I really appreciate the communication with AvanStay, if I had any issue or questions I received a quick response. The location was great and the condo had everything we needed for our stay-spices, appliances (including washer and dryer), basics for coffee and so on. I did think the furniture in the unit was very outdated and should be replaced with newer pieces. The unit does not have AC but plenty of fans were provided. Overall I thought the unit was nice and would rate it an 8 out of 10"

"Wow! What an amazing property! It was a beautiful home and garden on the outside with a lovely, clean, well-stocked inside. The bed was very comfortable with high quality pillows and linens. We didn’t want for anything as the homeowner stocked the kitchen. If we had wanted to cook a meal, it would have been easy to do so.
