"The room smell like mildew The top two steps getting up to the second floor are shorter than all the rest of them which cause my entire family to trip it will become a liability for this hotel if they don't do something because someone will fall There was a sign at the front desk saying anyone who has an extended stay cleaning would have to be requested we did not request it yet one day we were sitting in our hotel room only for them to open the door and come into our room so that makes me concerned that all of the other days they were coming in even though we did not request it that's a big problem in my book The internet was hit and miss The air condition had a mind of its own wouldn't always run sometimes would Came for breakfast one day within the time frame and there was nothing even out I saw them get a delivery of breakfast food and they still did not put it out I put in a special request for extra blankets and did not receive those very disappointing as they really don't have great blankets on their beds at all it was pretty much a sheet The toiletries in the shower for washing your body and hair were not full which means that whomever is cleaning isn't paying attention so our first night we had none of those and had to request them the second day "
