"We didnt check in till 1030 pm, basically just needed a bed and a shower. Our upstairs neighbors were walking around until 2 am, and it wasnt just footsteps, every step caused our ceiling to creak. There was no hand soap in our bathroom, no shower soap or shampoo. The final 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper with no spares. And mold above the shower. "

"Probably the best hotel in Santa Cruz. The staff was welcoming and the room was clean and up to date. It’s a dog friendly hotel so that was a plus. The restaurant is also top notch. We’re definitely rebooking for next year. Very cool hotel."
