"Helpful staff and impressive view."

"Beautiful grounds and castle room. Don’t recommend staying next to the elevator though as it was quite loud"

"Friendly staff, good location. Very quiet hotel. We didn't hear anything from inside our room even with a full hotel. Breakfast was good and the location is very handy to both train stations and the city center"

"Nice location if you have a vehicle. Good pub next door. A bit outdated and u nder renovations so pool, gym, etc not available. Staff very helpful and pleasant"

"Fabulous stay for 2 nights, great staff, great food, breakfast and dinner, very comfortable bed."

"Lovely & very accommodating hosts & very good breakfasts. Room was spotless with king size bed, TV, sea views, plenty of storage space, compact ensuite, etc. The on site parking requires some care from drivers, especially if you have a large car. Town centre, pubs, railway station & beach all a short walk down the hill."

"Fabulous central location, comfortable room and great facilities, breakfast is worth the extra money."

"It is an older style building, but was clean, central and really good value. The setting and gardens are great and brilliant for dogs."
