"There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen. "We really enjoy this property! We've stayed 3 times so far and will definitely return for future stays. The area is beautiful and invokes relaxation, the accommodations are very comfortable and convenient and there are ample activities to engage in or you can just relax. Breakfast, which is included, never disappoints, the portions are very filling and delicious. I highly recommend. On a side note, the cottages would benefit from a refresh to maintain their allure."

"Honestly, the place was great. Very quiet, water pressure was AMAZING, staff was extremely helpful, pool was clean, property was taken care of, and you're not far from anything. Would highly recommend, and would definitely stay there again!"

"The admiral is a gem in downtown mobile. The staff is outstanding. I was not able to eat at the steakhouse, but everyone in town knew of it and said it was great. I did go to the living room bar, which was awesome. Where did you just come from? What were you doing inside answering a bunch of emails"
