"Super clean. Small but very functional kitchen. Loved having room to put our groceries. Lots of fluffy towels. Comfy bed. Comfy living room for hanging out. The office area was much appreciated and used often. Appreciated the fast washer repair. If i could change one thing it would be the tub. It's small and sloped, making it slightly challenging for a shower, and we are not big people nor elderly. I would consider making that into a shower with a flat floor. I think it would be roomier and more stable. The living room was a little drafty but it's an old house. There's a gap around part of the front door that could be fixed to help with that. Excellent stay overall!"

"Expect a lot more for the price. From the beginning the floor in the kitchen and hallway have foundation issues. Bathroom tiles and toilet were loose. And renovation noises in the unit next door lasted for hours. "

"The worst and most inconvenient experience ever. Prior to my securing the booking I communicated with the property manager to ensure it accommodated my technological needs for work which I reiterated the importance of this because I handle crisis calls that are physiological and mental health related. The property manager ensured me that this property met my needs so I secured the stay. However after booking, he informed me that it didn’t and my stay will be at a different property which he informed me was equipped for my work requirements. The internet service was not accessible/on upon arrival but did troubleshoot and it eventually connected. The following day in the middle of my call with a patient which required securing an appropriate and time sensitive disposition, the internet went out once again. I outreached the property manager and was advised me to contact the internet provider who gave instructions for me to give the property manager which I relayed to him but his expectation and instructions was for me to execute these instructions and follow through on this issue at his property. This was very stressful and unreasonable. I was unable to fulfill my employment responsibilities because I was unable to perform my work duties and provide care to my patients. I had to secure accommodations elsewhere to fulfill my work commitments. I was thoroughly dissatisfied and had an extended disruption in productivity and safety.They refused to refund me for this booking. "

"The house was very charming and unique! The space was accommodating for my family of 8. The front walkway is a bit uneven and broken up and the stair railing is wobbly, so it might be difficult for elderly visitors. Overall we had a great stay! "

"House seems like it could use some repair and TLC otherwise great location for attending an event at Maxwell. There are pretty significant gaps around the door frames so I believe there were wasps getting into the home. Additionally, one of the bed frames was broken. "

"Location is great, close to everything I needed. AC worked great which was helpful for the kids during the summer. Only had one issue which was with the door lock but it was resolved very quickly by the host."
