"The staff was GREAT!! The breakfast was wonderful!! The eggs were really good & sausage & waffles were also really good. There was fruit, yogurt, muffins, juice & coffee & Milk, also 3 different cereals. The breakfast was just really good!!!! And the staff were so helpful & accommodating. Our room didn’t have a shower curtain, but they were willing to get one for us. Didn’t like the $50. deposit, But they said that was for if we smoked in our non-smoking room, which we didn’t, so am expecting the refund to be returned to my credit card in a couple days!! And the bed was comfortable. We had a very good stay and the price was very good"

"We’ve stayed here 4 times now en route to FL for spring break. The staff is always very friendly and value is good. However this time the room was not cleaned well. Upon arrival there was tooth paste in bathroom sink, clumps of dirt on the floor, a piece of candy or gum on the floor and the worst of it was when my teenager noticed a “Zyn” nicotine pouch stuck to the wall above the TV😩. The room is always spacious but this time it was not cleaned well."

It was the best sleep. I had all week. The shower was nice. I took a shower. While my daughter was in the shower, I’m sitting on the bed and I see a cockroach walk across my daughter‘s bed that she had just left him. It’s hard to give a good review when there’s a cockroach with lights on in the bed. I rushed to start packing more things faster and my niece sees another one. Room 306 bed next to the window two roaches were in it. My daughter has showered three times since returning from home last night at midnight, that’s three times in one day. "

"Front desk check-in didn’t even get up out of chair to greet us, was on phone then AND when I asked about ice. They were out of ice and and the response was, “oh, I didn’t know!” Very noisy hotel, terrible pillows, cheap/thin toilet and facial tissues, etc!!!!"

"Arrived to be told that our room was canceled. Hotels.com was not made aware either. We got there at 9:30pm. The lady at the desk was overly rude and offered absolutely no explanation whatsoever. When I was able to get an agent for Hotels.com (45 minutes of holding) they contacted the property and was advised that they canceled the booking due to overbooking. We had to search for another room which ended up being 25 minutes away. "
