"Fantastic location with endless opportunities to explore Cornwall and the coast within a short drive. Accommodation was comfortable in impressive grounds. Children enjoyed helping with the lamas, burning off the last of their energy in the pool, and playing with the dogs. Pia was friendly and helpful, and from first contact until farewell. "This property is a really comfortable conversion of part of an old chapel on a very attractive site (there are three similar units in the rest of the chapel). The pictures give a very good representation, if anything underselling the amount of comfort in the mezzanine bedroom. The views are lovely and the accessibility to the town (an easy walk down and a little more demanding to come back up the hill) is excellent. "We absolutely loved our stay here at the Castle hotel. Beautiful hotel with such amazing staff that put you at ease even with all the grandure they made us feel so welcome and relaxed like we had known them for years. Beautiful three course meal by candlelight in a stunning dining room with silver service and a very charming Gentleman who entertained us all after dinner with his talent playing a beautiful big Harp and Grand piano while we enjoyed a cocktail. We will definitely be going back. Thank you so much to all the staff especially the lovely young lady in the bar who even though the Internet went down she continued to service everyone writing down by hand everyone's orders ."
