Fowey has many shops,pubs and restaurants and facilities for motor boat hire, paddle board hire and kayaking.

While the main entrance has steps, there is an alternative entrance on the level, from the small lane to the rear of the cottage.

There is no mobile phone signal in the village but there is a public phone box only aprox 100 away.

Towels are not included.
