"The beach was amazing and definitely one of the best parts of the resort. The shows and entertainment were also very enjoyable and well done. However, the buffet food was almost the same every day, and there were not many seafood options. Overall, we still had a good experience."

"Beautiful hotel . Some of the staff amazing hard working and friendly people. The room was very nice , view was spectacular. However in the buffet the food was cold. I made the complaint , they responded right away , more than one person contacted me but the issue was not resolved. I know that the temperature of the hot plates has to be at a certain level but then probably the equipment they are using is not the appropriate one . I had stayed at many hotels including at DR and this was never an issue . Also at Toa the Dominican restaurant and Yuca another restaurant the service was poor . I want to mention some of the staff for their hospitality and service like Yokaira Cespedes , Valentina keeping her station so clean and making the best eggs and Luis the manager of some of the restaurants for trying very hard to please us . Overall it was a very nice hotel and a relaxing vacation ."
