This was an excellent resort. The property had everything for everybody. The pools were beautiful with a great shallow kiddie pool with lots of attractions. Lots of restaurants with varied cuisine. Only drawback it was hard to get reservations. The staff were all very customer focused and helpful. We had a medical issue and there was a full time doctor. I would highly recommend it.

The food, staff, and customer service are horrible at this hotel. They require you to make reservations for all restaurants through an app that doesn’t work. You can only make 2 days of reservations and can only make them once you are on property. Concierge staff are the worst - rude and unhelpful! You can’t swim in the ocean (actually a bay) because of the murky water with tons of jelly fish. Spend less money and stay at a much better place like Secrets or Dreams (right down the street). The only thing amazing about this hotel is the fitness center and the upstairs adult Club Azur pool and restaurant.
