The operation of the property was excellent and so was the staff. But do not promoted it as a Beach property. The property has a water front but NO BEACH. On the hand the swimming pool was excellent.

This was an excellent resort. The property had everything for everybody. The pools were beautiful with a great shallow kiddie pool with lots of attractions. Lots of restaurants with varied cuisine. Only drawback it was hard to get reservations. The staff were all very customer focused and helpful. We had a medical issue and there was a full time doctor. I would highly recommend it.

The food, staff, and customer service are horrible at this hotel. They require you to make reservations for all restaurants through an app that doesn’t work. You can only make 2 days of reservations and can only make them once you are on property. Concierge staff are the worst - rude and unhelpful! You can’t swim in the ocean (actually a bay) because of the murky water with tons of jelly fish. Spend less money and stay at a much better place like Secrets or Dreams (right down the street). The only thing amazing about this hotel is the fitness center and the upstairs adult Club Azur pool and restaurant.

It was truly a magnificent family vacation. Our family spent 5 wonderful days at the hotel, and every moment was special. The staff went above and beyond—they were all incredibly kind, gentle, and helpful, making us feel at home. Our room was upgraded to an ocean view. The room was spotless and spacious, and we enjoyed the delicious food every day at each specialty restaurant; the snacks and coffee options at El Batey were convenient and exceptional. The beach was pristine, and relaxing. The included water activities were amazing. The night time entertainment was amazing and diverse. Omar and “Scooby” kept every guest engaged and in good spirits. If we ever return, we’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay so memorable!

This property was stunning!

We were a big group about 20 /25 at dinner time and in all the restaurants they refused to out the tables together so we could seat in one table, it didn't matter if the restaurants were half empty with plenty of room and tables available that was really disappointing, the only guy that was really helpful was Elias at buffet, really friendly and helpful..... Good job Elias
