Step outside this privately owned 2100+ sq. ft. villa situated on one of the most coveted stretch of beach in Cabo San Lucas, Medano Beach. Soak in the magnificent views of the Sea of Cortez and the famous Land's End rock formation.
This tastefully Mediterranean decorated villa includes a fully furnished dine-in terrace complete with a gas grill and wet bar for your outdoor entertainment. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, cable, flat screen TV's in all rooms, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment centre, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining room table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, as well as a washing machine/dryer/wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area.
A personal concierge awaits you prior to and during your stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, and shop for groceries. (extra charge for shopping and groceries)
